Product delivery time

It varies depending on the product, but we will ship within 3 business days from the date of order. Please note that it may take longer during long vacations, such as New Year's, or depending on the availability of the product. Also, please understand that the products we handle are handicrafts, and it may take time for the raw materials and production at the workshop to be ready. We will inform you even after purchase and take necessary measures.

Delivery Method

After we have made arrangements, delivery will be made by a shipping company.

Returns and defective products

We take all possible measures to ensure the quality of our products, but in the unlikely event that a product is damaged, stained, or different from your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will immediately return or exchange the product. (In this case, we will bear the shipping costs.)

If you wish to return an item for any reason other than damage or stain, please contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item. When returning an item, the customer is responsible for all shipping, bank transfer, cash on delivery, and handling charges. Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases
(1) Merchandise that has been delivered for more than 8 days
(2) Merchandise that has been used once by the customer
(3) Merchandise that has been soiled or damaged by the customer
(4)Products whose boxes, manuals, etc. are soiled, damaged, lost, or destroyed by the customer
(5)Merchandise for which the customer has requested gift wrapping
(6)Merchandise that has been processed by the customer
(7)Merchandise that has been repaired or cleaned after delivery
